With over 12 years of experience in the entertainment industry, Abinash Rout has become a trusted name in casting. As the visionary behind casting by BLANK CANVAS, he has led the casting for 30+ music videos, popular daily soaps on Tarang TV, web series for Kanchalanka OTT, and major projects including Bollywood collaborations and South Indian films like INDIAN 2.
Abinash is known for his sharp eye for talent and his dedication to connecting the right actors with the right roles. His passion for storytelling, love for music, and continuous search for fresh talent fuel every project he takes on.
Lavreen
(Co-founder and Creative Director)
At just 25, Lavreen brings over 12 years of hands-on experience in acting, content creation, and social media influence. As Co-founder and Creative Director of casting by BLANK CANVAS, she has contributed to 30+ music videos, TV shows on Tarang TV, a web series on Tarang Plus, and a Bollywood video song with Panorama Music.
With a deep passion for performance and storytelling, Lavreen combines artistic vision with strategic creativity. Off-stage, she expresses her rhythm as a drummer and singer—always bringing energy, dedication, and a collaborative spirit to every project.
Kumar Sourav
(Casting Director)
An MBA in HR and Marketing, Kumar Sourav brings 5 years of casting experience in film and television. Based in Jamshedpur, he is known for his sharp talent-spotting skills and collaborative work ethic. From reading scripts to understanding a director's vision, he ensures every role is cast with precision—bringing stories and characters to life with the right talent.
